An unannounced 60 day monitoring inspection was conducted on November 19, 2019 to determine compliance with licensing standards. The inspection was conducted with the owners and program director. There were four children present with three staff directly supervising. The upstairs classroom was reviewed. Six staff files and four administrator files were reviewed for missing items. Three children's files were reviewed - please see Supplemental Summary for details. Two medications for one child were reviewed and are in compliance.
