Consultation was given on allergy action plans and the updated health and safety training requirement for staff that is to be completed by 3/1/2020.
- Comments:

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/20/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. REviewed records for children, physical plant, emergency preparation, medication and care of children. Thirteen children were present with eight staff in four classrooms. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
