An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 11/06/19 between the hours of 10:30am and 1:05pm in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 10/21/2019 regarding supervision. Based on a review of available documentation, observations, and staff interviews, the preponderance of evidence does not support the allegation and the complaint is determined to be not valid.
