A Subsidy Health and safety inspection was conducted on 11/21/2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection began at 9:45 a.m. and ended at 11:30. There were 8 children in care with two staff supervising. A third staff person came in at 11:00. The children were observed during circle time, washing hands, eating breakfast, and being read to. Five staff records and five children?s records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection . A violation was found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice..
