A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on November 13, 2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Six staff were present with 29 children at the onset of inspection. Additional staff were present during inspection. Five children's records and five staff records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
