An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:00am-12:00pm. There were 111 children in the direct care and supervision of 26 staff. A sample size of 10 children's records, 5 staff records, evacuation drills, emergency materials, 4 emergency medications, the first aid kit, and the physical plant were reviewed.
