Thank you for your time and assistance with the unannounced renewal inspection conducted today, November 26, 2019. The on-site inspection was conducted from 3:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. On this date, there were 31 children in one group and in the care of five staff members. The total enrollment for the program was 81 children. Seven staff members' records and five children's records were reviewed. The medication and medication paperwork were reviewed for three children. Five staff members and three children were interviewed. There were no violations of the licensing standard observed during the inspection. Snack consisted of snack mix and juice. The children enjoyed a special movie before Thanksgiving break. Some items observed and reviewed during the inspection included transitions, hand washing and bathroom procedures, snack, table games, dismissal procedures, updated emergency preparedness plan, required posted information, current health and fire inspections, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, documentation of evacuation, shelter-in-place and lockdown drills.
