Technical Assistance:
Reviewed all documentation to keep in staff files for LI to review.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed today. The physical plant, 4 staff files, 5 children's files, staff training, child nutrition, children's activities, medications, emergency procedures, drills and supplies were inspected between 4:20-5:20pm. There were 65 children under the supervision of 6 staff. During the inspection, children enjoyed free play, played games in the gym, completed homework and enjoyed free play. Today, the children were served cinnamon rolls, apple sauce and milk. The interactions between the children and staff were seen to be positive and constructive in nature. Description: Based on observations, the center failed to show that practice evacuation drills were completed each month children are in care.
Evidence
1. The evacuation drill log did not have documentation of a drill having been completed in Oct 2019.

Plan of Correction: This was completed. We will make sure to document it.
