Violations:
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-280-B
Description: Based on observation, not all hazardous substances, such as cleaning materials, were kept in a locked place that prevents access by children. Evidence: In the Toddler room there was a spray sanitizer on a shelf over the sink that was not locked. In the Threes class there was a container of antibacterial wipes in an unlocked cabinet over the sink.

Plan of Correction: We will retrain all of the staff about keeping hazardous substances locked.
