Comments:
Today an unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted starting at 2:30pm and ended at 4:10pm. There were 35 children present today with 3 staff. Children were observed arriving from school, coloring, playing with legos, eating snack (goldfish and 100% apple juice pouches), transitioning outside to the playground and other organized activities. Four medications with authorizations were reviewed. Medication Administration Training (MAT) and First Aid/CPR certifications were checked today. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-510-E
Description: Based on a review of medications, medications were not labeled with children's names.
Evidence: Child #1 and Child #2 both had over-the-counter medications observed on-site. The medication boxes were not labeled with the children's names.

Plan of Correction: This was corrected during the inspection.
