Technical assistance today included storage of medications, medication authorizations and record keeping. For information on training for your new administrative assistant, the phone number at our office is 703 934-1505.

An unannounced monitoring inspection took place today from 1030 am - 1:30 pm. There were 25 child present to celebrate a Thanksgiving lunch with staff and parents. I observed children preparing for their lunch, after lunch conversation, and preparing for naptime. The rooms were filled with recent cooperative artwork efforts and seasonal art. Evidence:
Child # 4 had two emergency contacts but no address as required. Child # 3 (start date: 7/19) did not have proof of identification documented within 7 says of beginning as required.Plan of Correction: I will contact the parents and get this information as soon as possible.
