An unannounced inspection was conducted from 1030-1130. The Vendor was present with 3 children for a total of 5 points. The vendors entire home was checked but children are only receiving care on main floor. The Vendor had records and training documents available for review. The Vendor had current medical info for the pets and pets were observed. The children were observed playing and were talkative with the Inspector.
