The Licensing Inspector conducted a complaint inspection at the facility on 11/26/19 in response to a complaint that was received in the Licensing office on 10/25/19 related to the supervision of the children in care. An additional complaint was received on 11/12/19 that was investigated at the same time. Staff were interviewed, documentation was reviewed, and the entire facility was inspected and observed during the investigation. The evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, therefore the complaint is deemed to be not valid.
