The licensing inspector conducted a subsidy health and safety inspection on October 28, 2019 in response to a self-reported incident that the Department received on October 1, 2019 regarding a serious injury. The inspection was initiated on October 28, 2019 and completed on December 5, 2019. On October 28, the inspector was on site from 12:00pm to approximately 12:50pm. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. An additional interview was conducted on November 6, 2019. There were no violations of supplemental health and safety requirements found during the inspection.
