A follow up email by the center administrator as sent to the Licensing Inspector to confirm staff paperwork.
- Comments:

An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. Twenty five children were present with three staff and within ratios for supervision. Observed children finishing work time, transition to circle time and preparation for outside play time in the courtyard. A short yoga stretch was followed by children's choice active play. The classroom is well equipped with materials to support the Montessori curriculum. Reviewed three staff records and a sample of children's files, medication on-site, emergency preparation.
