Staff were encouraged to keep a hard copy of children's emergency contact information on-site in the even of inaccessibility of the programs online record system.

Comments:
Today an unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted starting at 2:15pm and ended at 3:40pm. There were 34 children present today with 2 staff. Children were observed arriving from school, greeting staff and splitting up into groups for various organized activities (coloring, legos, art, reading), washing hands and eating snack (chocolate cherry nutrition bars and a fruit juice pouch). 7 medications with authorizations were reviewed. Medication Administration Training (MAT) and First Aid/CPR certifications were checked today. Staff records are reviewed annually in the administrative office.
