An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 12/04/2019 from 4:50 pm - 5:50 pm. At the time of entrance there were 35 school age children in care with seven staff. Children were observed engaged in a large motor game in the gym. Homework and board games were offered in the cafeteria.
Records were reviewed for ten children. Medication and emergency supplies were additionally reviewed.
Six staff records were reviewed at the Luter Family YMCA on 12/04/2019 from 3:45 pm - 4:31 pm.
One violation was observed and is listed on the violation notice.

Evidence:
1. One over-the-counter medication was not labeled with the child;s name.
a. The medication was in a labeled plastic bag.Plan of Correction: The child's name was added to the medication box during the inspection.
