An unannounced non-mandated record review inspection for the YMCA After School Program at Mt. Olivet Elementary was completed on 12/03/2019. The inspector reviewed 1 staff record during the inspection today. The record review was done in conjunction with a mandated inspection at the main branch, the inspector arrived at 2:40 p.m. and departed at 6:15 p.m. Thank you for your time today.
