Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 12/09/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 21 children, ages 4 years-10 years, and 3 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records, 3 staff records and 3 medications during the inspection. The children were observed in the following activities: organized large motor play in the gym, during afternoon snack, during homework and in free choice activities. The inspector reviewed the emergency supplies during the inspection. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
