An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on 12/9/19. There were 159 children present from three months through five years. Ten children's records and ten staff records were reviewed. Six additional staff background check records only were reviewed for newly hired staff. Six medications were reviewed for five children in care.
The inspector arrived at the center at 12:10 pm and departed at 4:45 pm.
The children were observed during nap, during afternoon snack, and during departures. All infant activities were observed.

Based on observation, the center failed to ensure that over-the-counter skin products were not be kept or used beyond the expiration date of the product.
Evidence:
1. There were two diaper ointments observed in one classroom that had a manufacturer's expiration date of October 2019 and November 2019.Plan of Correction: The diaper ointments will be returned to the parents.
