Discussed the requirements to maintain a copy of the health and fire inspection at each site
A selection of Regional Supervisors and new hires were reviewed.
Discussed subsidy requirements for Regional supervisors that visit SACC sites but are not counted in ratio. Inspector will follow up with clarification.
A discussion was had about moving to electronic records in the future.

12-12-19 A review of staff personnel files was conducted this date by inspectors Mahrukh Aziz, Leah Pagala, Derek Acosta, Karen Dickens and Margaret Allworth at the Pennino SACC office building. Record reviews for regional supervisors are documented with Centre Ridge site file.
