The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection, at which play groups, art, activities, group time, music, large and small motor activities,and lunch time were observed. Children were observed; and staff and children files and other documentation were reviewed. Forty-seven (47) children, aged 4 months-4 years, were found to be in care with 11 staff, kitchen staff, and office staff. Previous violations were reviewed, and had been corrected.
