An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 1:00pm-2:30pm. There were 63 children in the direct care and supervision of 11 staff. The children were observed listening to books on tape, learning about the United States map, having circle time, and laying down on their cots for their designated rest period. A sample size of 6 children?s records, 4 staff records, evacuation drills, 3 emergency medications, and the physical plant were reviewed.
