Consultation provided on fall zone requirements for playground equipment, the USDA requirement of a vegetable and fruit for lunches and making sure the phone cords are never in reach of children.
Please send me the specifications for the resilient surfacing ( poured-in-place) underneath and surrounding the rope climbing structure on the schoolage playground by 12/30/19.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the Assistant Director from 1:10 pm to 3: 50 pm. Eighty one children were present with 10 staff providing supervision. Some of the schoolagers were onsite due to school closings because of the weather. The schoolagers were watching a movie, the infants were either napping or on the floor playing with the teachers while the other children were on their cots napping. A sample size of nine medications were reviewed for five children. Five staff and six children's files were reviewed as well.
The schoolage playground with the new rope climbing structure could not be measured today due to the rain. It is the expectation that the center is in compliance with the standards pertaining to the playground. I will be back to measure the structure next month.
There were no violations observed during this inspection.
