A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted today with the director, who was present with 66 children.and 9 staff. Two allergy plans were reviewed today.

Standard #: 22VAC40-665-580-B Description: Based on a review of the subsidy training log and interview with the director, it was determined that three staff (A-C) did not have VA Preservice training within 90 days of employment. Staff A was hired on 8/19/19, staff B was hired on 3/30/18 and staff C was hired on 5/13/19. Plan of Correction: They will get the training.
Standard #: 22VAC40-665-780-A-3 Description: Based on interview with the director, it was determined that there has been no lockdown procedures practiced annually. Plan of Correction: We will conduct a lock down drill this month.
