A unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the director and staff. 79 Children were in care with and age range of three months to five years old. Children were observed leaving for school, breakfast, free play. Seven staff and seven children's files were reviewed. All staff are current in First-Aid and CPR. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-450-C Description: Based ob observation and staff interviews cribs sheets are not changed and washed daily.
Evidence: Two cribs in the Infant B room had stains and were dirty, staff stated if the parents do not bring in clean sheets they do not change the sheets.Plan of Correction: New sheets were ordered during the inspection and the staff will be retrained on washing sheets daily.
