An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 9:45 AM and ending at 12:00 PM. There were seventy-three children in care during the inspection. The children's ages ranged between three months and five years old. The infants were observed playing with soft to and interacting with the caregivers. The older children were observed being read stories, playing with blocks, writing their numbers, and other educational activities. Ten children's records were observed and in compliance. Five staff records were observed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The outside play area was not inspected due to weather conditions. The emergency evacuation drill log was reviewed and in compliance. The most recent evacuation drill was documented as 11/20/19. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 10/7/19. The most recent health inspection was dated 9/12/19. The most recent fire inspection was dated 9/25/19.
