The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 in response to a complaint that was received by the Department on October 28, 2019 concerning the supervision of children. The investigation was initiated on November 26, 2019 and completed on December 23, 2019. On November 26, the licensing inspector was on site from 10:10am to approximately 2:50pm. Interviews with staff were completed, documentation was reviewed, and observations were made at the center. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint was determined to be not valid.
