Comments:
An unannounced Monitoring inspection was conducted this date. A total of 14 children with 2 staff were present when the Licensing Inspector arrived. The children were observed watching a movie in the music room. Staff interviews and program observation was conducted. A total of 7 children's records, all medication and evacuation drills were reviewed. Staff certifications were not available to review. The children transitioned to the library for afternoon snack. Snack today was graham crackers and water. This inspection began at approximately 4pm and ended at 5:30pm. Please email me at: lisa.hudson@dss.virginia.gov with any questions.

Evidence: The two staff present during the inspection was unable to provide verification that MAT training had been completed.
