An investigation was initiated on 10/16/19 in response to a complaint received by the Eastern Regional Office that same day regarding inappropriate discipline. An unannounced on-site inspection was conducted on 12/17/19 and interviews with staff were conducted. Records and documentation related to the complaint were reviewed. Based on information gathered during the investigation, the complaint is determined to be not valid. No violations were cited as a result of the complaint investigation.
