A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/17/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 2:40pm and ended at 4:30pm. There were 4 staff with 49 children at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed creating paper chain links, having quiet homework time, reading, working on sight words, coloring and other organized activties. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There were ten medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
