During an unannounced inspection conducted from 11:04 AM to 4:10 PM, an investigation was conducted for a complaint received on November 12, 2019 regarding staffing ratios for toddlers and two year old children, compliance with center policies, and ensuring the care, protection and guidance of children. After completing interviews with staff,and observations of the daily routines and the care of the children, it was determined that the complaint was not valid.
