Technical Assistance:
Consultation provided on removing or repairing fraying carpet before it presents a tripping hazard.
Make sure you are documenting the specific time of day when you notify parents of injuries/accidents.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the site manager who was present with three additional staff and 11 schoolagers. The program is providing holiday care for the remainder of the week. One child had two medications on site. Six staff files were reviewed at the center and at Corporate office today and they were determined to be in compliance. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
