Standard #: 22VAC40-665-580-E-1 Description: Based on record review and interview, one out five staff failed to complete first aid certification within 30 days of employment.
Evidence: 1. The record for staff #5 has a start date listed as 4/18/2019. There is no documentation in staff 5's record of completing First Aid certification.Plan of Correction: Staff #5 does have current CPR and AED-expires on 12/21/2019. She does not have current First Aid. In any case she is due to renew.
