Licensing Inspector arrived at 7:20 and departed at 8:45 AM to conduct a complaint inspection received in the Eastern Licensing Office related to early morning staff to child ratios. Based on observation, interviews and review of the center maintained documents, it was determined that the complaint is not valid.
