Consulted with center management regarding signage on glass walls, adding the diaper and diaper ointment policy to the Parent Handbook

An announced initial inspection was conduct on 01/07/2020 form 9:30 am until 11:30 am. There were no children on site. Three staff records were reviewed. Measurements were taken for all areas that will be used by children. The Center's policies and procedures, emergency evacuation maps and plans, staff and parent handbooks were reviewed. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-550-F Description: Based on observation and discussion with the Director, the center failed to ensure that a 911 or local dial number for police, fire and emergency medical services and the number of the regional poison control center shall be posted in a visible place.
