Reviewed the following with the Head of Operations:
- Documentation to keep when sending out the Search of the Central Registry for new employees
- Injury of a Child Requiring Outside Medical Treatment Online Report

An announced renewal inspection was completed today. The physical plant, 6 staff files, 5 children's records, fire and health inspection, staff training, children's activities, medications, emergency policies, procedures and evacuation drills were inspected between 1:15-3:20pm. The outside play areas were not inspected today due to the weather conditions. There were 59 children under the supervision of 13 staff. Today, the children were observed enjoying free play, learning about icebergs, participating in circle time, listening to a teacher read a book and eating lunch. The children bring their lunches from home or can order from the food service program that the school utilizes each day they come to the center.
