A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted today between 9:00am and 2:00 pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 22 children (upon arrival) with 5 direct supervising staff. The children were observed participating in music and movement and playing on the playground.
The subsidy requirements were reviewed this date; allergy action plans, staff trainings, nutrition and food services, recordkeeping, hazardous substances, reporting injuries, emergency plans and transportation.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
