An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today, January 14, 2020 from approximately 11:00 am until 12:00 pm to monitor the provider's provisional license status. Some but not all standards were reviewed during today's inspection. Upon the inspector's arrival children were dancing to music and playing with toys. Infants were napping and the one was being feed. Later children were observed having lunch. During the inspection, a follow-up review of two children's records and documentation of emergency drills, infant daily schedules, infant formula and feeding schedules, ratios and the physical plant of the center was conducted.
Today's census:
Infants: 4 children with 1 staff.
Older Infants: 2 infants with 1 staff.
Toddlers: 5 children with 1 staff.
Two's: 8 children with 1 staff.
Pre-school: 7 children with 1 staff.
Violations cited during the licensure period were checked for corrections. There were no repeat violations.
