The following was discussed with the director and new owners;
Discussed the technical assistance about hand soap and activated charcoal,
Staff records from previous owner will be filed and a new record will be started, background checks for all staff have been processed.
Reviewed the state model form for medication authorization.
New start date for children's record will be placed in each file, parents have been notified of change of ownership.
February 1st will begin with meals catered.
Monitor loose kitchen wall tile on left as you enter kitchen.

An announced initial inspection was conducted from 8:45 am-11:30. This inspection is because of a change of ownership. The physical plant, playground and surfacing was inspected this date. All classrooms were remeasured. Copies of the insurance policy was obtained this date. Background checks for the new owners were reviewed.There were no violations cited this date.
