A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 01/21/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 30 children, ages 5 years-11 years, and 4 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records and 4 staff records. The staff stated that there is no medication currently on-site. The children were observed in the following activities: arriving to the program, during afternoon snack, during homework time, participating in an art project and preparing to go to the gymnasium. The inspector reviewed the emergency preparedness plans, the injury prevention plan, the playground safety plan, and the emergency supplies during the inspection. The inspector discussed personal items from home with the staff. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
