An unannounced Renewal inspection was conducted from 3:00pm-4:20pm. There were 75 children in the direct care and supervision of 5 staff members. A sample size of 7 children's records, 5 staff records, 4 emergency medications, evacuation drills, emergency materials, the first aid kit, and the physical plant were reviewed. Children were observed washing hands, eating snack (tortilla chips, salsa, & water/juice), being read a book, playing games, and independent reading.
