An unannounced inspection was conducted from 12:05 pm to 2:06 pm, in response to a complaint received on 12/20/19. The allegations were related to center staff using behavior guidance methods that were not age appropriate for children in the Pre-Kindergarten classroom. 6 staff members were interviewed. 4 staff and 4 children's records were reviewed.
