The next inspection will be the programs renewal inspection. Please submit a complete renewal inspection 45 days prior to the license expiration date to allow time for processing. The renewal application is available on the DSS website.
Today an unannounced Monitoring Inspection took place between the hours of 2:10pm and 3:40pm. There was 1 classrooms observed with a total of children 32 with 2 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed arriving from school, greeting and conversing with staff, playing board games and other organized activities. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, nine medications and authorizations, and emergency drills were reviewed during this inspection. There is an ample amount of supplies and activities available to the children. Interactions between the staff and children were positive in nature.
