A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/23/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection began at 2:10pm and ended at 3:40pm. There were 2 staff with 32 children in the public school cafeteria at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed arriving from school, greeting and conversing with staff, playing board games and other organized activities. Children?s files, emergency preparedness procedures and the fire drill log was reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There were nine medications on site during today?s inspection. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
