Attendance should be updated by staff for any child not signed in by 10:00 to ensure an accurate count is documented in case of an emergency.

An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today from 11:20-12:30. Twelve children were present with two staff which is within ratios for supervision. Observed children having snack and celebrating a birthday, transition to hand washing, using the potty, circle time and reading a book prior to dismissal. Reviewed two records, trainings for staff, emergency preparation and physical space. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice.
