Technical Assistance:
Technical assistance was provided regarding staff left in charge needs to be informed of all emergency procedures, have knowledge of location of all emergency supplies and have access to children and staff records in the event of an emergency.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:00am-11:00am. There were 29 children (infants-5yrs.) supervised by 5 direct care staff. The physical plant, Children and staff records could not reviewed at this time, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected.. Children were observed participating in group play, free play and playing outside. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. After completion of inspection, at 11:00am, staff with access to records arrived.

Qualifications for staff in charge could not be determined. Records are locked, no key available.
