An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 1:10pm-3:00pm. There were 52 children in the direct care and supervision of 5 staff members. A sample size of 5 children's records, 5 staff records, evacuation drills, emergency materials, 5 medications, the first aid kit, and the physical plant were reviewed. The children were observed playing board games, creating art with fuse beads, reading, playing games on electronic devices, and conducting science experiments.
