A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted between 9:00am & 12:00pm; there were 62 children with 5 staff members. Physical plant, staff and children records, medications and emergency procedures were reviewed along with the supplemental health and safety requirements.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on the date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Evidence:
Staff #1, date of hire 9/19, does not have documentation of completion of preservice training within 90 days of hire.Plan of Correction: I completed it, but don't have a certificate. I will print it off and keep it with me.
Standard #: 22VAC40-665-580-F Description: Based on review of five staff records, one does not have documentation of a current CPR and first aid training certificate.
