An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 12:20pm-1:40pm. There were 64 children in the direct care and supervision of 5 staff. A sample size of 6 children's records, 5 staff records, evacuation drills, injury report logs, emergency medications, and the physical plant were reviewed. The children were observed playing outside on the playground, playing board games together, coloring pictures, playing games on electronic devices, hand washing, and having a Super Bowl party with pizza, snacks, and desserts.
